Lunch Bunch Sets Dates for Fellowship in December and January

Because of the man activities during the month of November here at Hope UCC and the late date of Thanksgiving, there will not be a Lunch Bunch outing in November.  We will gather on Thursday, December 12, for a holiday outing at Edith Lucielle’s Bait Shack and Wing Depot, 6913 Mt. Vernon Road SE, Cedar Rapids. The group will meet at 11:30 a.m. Edith Lucielle’s is known for its down home food with great prime rib, burgers and sandwiches.

As Iowa’s winter unfolds in mid-January, we will travel to Panera Bread, 5010 Council Street NE, Cedar Rapids. The group will be able to choose from a variety of soups, sandwiches and salads, along with other delicious baked goods – just what would be good on a cold winter’s day. The group will meet at 11:30 a.m.
