Our Confirmation Class of 2018 was welcomed more fully into the life of the church last Sunday, April 29. Students had been meetings regularly since late August 2017 for class and had worked to complete service and worship events. This year’s class includes:
- Melia Bohn, daughter of Jennifer and Leon Bohn
- Tristan Bohn, son of Jennifer and Leon Bohn
- Zoey Evans, daughter of Amy and Adrian Evans
- McKenna Gersema, daughter of Sarah and Jason Gersema
- Logan Krutsen, daughter of Tori Machacek
- Anna Neumann, daughter of Jennifer and Doug Neumann
- Evan Solberg, son of Janelle Solberg and Michael Solberg
Mentors for this year’s program were Laura Ogreen and Melena Urbanowski, with Cathy Evers and Casey Guet serving as substitute mentors as needed. Secret Prayer Partners, who have been assigned to each student and have been praying for that student while they have been in the program included: Julie Anderson, Cathy Evers, Casey Guet, Shelly Hatfield, Susan Hodin, Carrie Lane, and Cindi Ohrt.
