Local Production of Annie Features Two Youth from Hope UCC

Melia Bohn, daughter of Jennifer and Leon Bohn, and Anna Newmann, daughter of Jennifer and Doug Neumann, are part of the upcoming Theater Cedar Rapids (TCR) production of Annie, which will run from November 17 – December 10.

For those unfamiliar with this classic story, here is what TCR says about it:

With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie wins everyone’s hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City.  She is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago at the orphanage run by the cruel Miss Hannigan.  Annie charms her way out of the orphanage and helps a wealthy man learn that money isn’t everything.
