Sunday School and Confirmation Classes Continue to Explore Topics and Stories of Our Faith

Our Sunday School program provides an opportunity for children and youth, preschool – eighth grade, the chance to discover the stories of our faith and to explore these a variety of activities. After having after learned about the stories of Jesus’ birth, the group turned their attention to Paul and Silas, two individuals in the early church movement following Jesus’ death. In February, classes will include stories about Jesus as a boy, the Great Commandment, and then moving into a discussion about the season of Lent.

The three students in our Confirmation Class of 2022, also took time to learn about the importance of Paul and his writings in the New Testament. Topics for the month of February include the sacraments of baptism and communion, along with a discussion about prayer.
