The Reverend Brigit Stevens Called as Iowa Conference Minister

On Saturday, October 7, at the Iowa Conference Meeting, the voting delegates of the Iowa Conference extended the call to The Reverend Brigit Stevens to be the Iowa Conference Minister by a vote of 95 – yes and 9 – no. After the Nebraska Conference and the South Dakota Conference extend the call to her to be their conference minister, the Tri-Conference Ministries Board will give Brigit the title of Tri-Conference Minister.  Brigit will begin to assume some of the duties of this office immediately and more fully in early 2018.
