Hurricane Relief Efforts Here at Hope UCC

Skogman Cares has arranged for a semi-trailer full of goods to be delivered on Sept 22 to Houston,Texas.  Attached is the list of items that we will need.  There is a box, located in the main entryway that you can place your donations in.  Joan Tobin, member of Hope UCC, will periodically come to pick up what has been donated.  CRST and Kings Material have donated warehouse space and the transportation to house and ship these items. Skogman is coordinating its efforts with First Assembly of God, Houston, to distribute the items to the community.  Thank you for your support.

Hurricane Relief Raffle

The Mission Committee of Hope UCC has a basket of “Texas Delights” that it is raffling off on September 17, with all proceeds from the sale of tickets going to the UCC disaster relief efforts.  Pick up your ticket on Sunday morning from any member of the Mission Committee: Joyce Freese, Betty Hohensee, Nancy Kotalik, Carrie Lane, Connie Neuendorf, Reta Saylor and Tobey Slagenweit-Coffman.
