Hope UCC Is Partnering with Lovely Lane United Methodist for Vacation Bible School

Due to our upcoming renovation and expansion project, the Christian Education Visioning Team recommended to the Council that we partner with Lovely Lane United Methodist Church (UMC) for Vacation Bible School (VBS) this summer. Council enthusiastically affirmed this decision.

VBS will take place at Lovely Lane UMC, located at 2424 42^nd Street NE, Cedar Rapids. The theme is Roar! Life Is Wild, God Is Good. The dates for VBS are Sunday, July 14 – Thursday, July 18. The evening starts with a family meal at 5:30 p.m. followed by lots of opportunity for fun, learning and faith discovery from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
