The Mission Committee of Hope United Church of Christ contacted Hawkeye Area Community Action Program (HACAP), a local nonprofit organization dedicated to improving human life in the six Iowa counties that they serve, to discover the most requested/needed items that the individuals/families request. During the month of May, we will be collecting specific items for the food pantry. We will focus on stocking the shelves with these items:
- peanut butter
- macaroni and cheese
- cereal
- canned vegetables
- canned fruit
Please prayerfully consider making a donation of these items or a monetary donation during the month of May so that can help Feed the Need in our community.
